If you aren't sure about his poetry just look up his videos on YouTube and listen to him perform his poems, which is really how they are meant to be digested.

Beware though that some of these poems may have different titles for the poems than what you may know and that these tend to be full versions of pieces, meaning they may contain bits of a poem you've never heard.

Saw him in England recently. Hilarious, irreverent and the truth!
Some of the finest modern poetry ever put into print. The accompnaying sketches have grown better with age, but the poetry is timeless - poems that are as breathtaking (and relevant) now as they were when I first heard them. Keep gigging JCC.

This author is definitely in a class of his own.
It can came in great shape, hardly looked used at all. Even though it is a paperback it is very durable. The pages are nice and thick, and do not look like they will rip anytime soon. John Cooper Clarke's works are considered one of the best works of poetry in the world. This is a must have for any poetry fan.
